EARNED: THE KEITH HALE STORY
DOCUMENTARY
Keith was a quiet kind of story that would go unnoticed if not for Peter Boggia and his obsessive love for motorcycle maintenence. Keith was an art teacher for his whole life who also happened to own a very rare Ducati “green frame” 750ss that he bought when he was just a kid. He rode that bike more than anyone has ever rode such a bike, over a quarter million miles and counting. Considering this machine was designed to go only a quarter mile at a time on the racetrack it is a testiment not only to the sublime engineering of the machine, but to the ultimate care and mechanical genius of this quiet art teacher. Now, half a century later, forgotten by a system that he dedicated everything to, the very machine he spent his life taking care of will take care of him for the rest of his life. A beautiful story about caring for the things that will ultimately take care of you in a disposable world.
