There is something incredibly invigorating discovering a savvy reinvention of a common commodity. Chocolate is something most people have a familiar relationship to, be it in bar, liquid, or powder form. Omnom however, takes the ordinary and makes it extraordinary in every context. Not just in the way they source the raw material, the extreme care and craft they inject in every step of the process, but in it’s physical location being the northern-most chocolate factory in the world. This was a story I had to put to film.
